Is it possible to increase blood volume.? - anemic condition
I have low blood volume and pressure of a past that anemic condition. I am not anemic, but I lost much blood. How do I build my blood to the shops without having large amounts of iron or iron as well?

Assuming your diet is healthy, balanced diet in the short term is to increase the volume of blood to a certain extent by hydration - is to drink plenty of water or isotonic or hypotonic fluids. A radical measure would be a blood transfusion.
