If you are on your Form W-2 in Table 1, is passive.

Tax exemption for sickness depends on who pays for the coverage. If you paid for it with tax dollars, which is passive.

Dear Adam: Disease third is taxable. The payment of the third parties which are not susceptible to diseases of the operation. In other words, your employer is probably not a tax (not much). You may ask, with the conclusion of the presentation by the Form W-4S with your employer.

Workers' compensation is not taxable. Payments to an accident at work are not taxable. Take a look at your W2 and see whether it marked the third field of the patient, so you know it was recorded.

This Council was established on the basis of our understanding of the tax law at the time when it was written, it applies to the facts that you set up. Click on my profile for more information.
